The O’Connors

Wall and Attic Insulation, Doors and Windows

The O’Connors are a young family who bought their first home, a 3 bed semi-detached house a couple of years ago. The house was built in the 1950s and had an E1 energy rating. Their heating bills are very expensive. In order to improve the comfort of their home, the O’Connors decided to install wall and attic insulation, new windows and doors as well as a full heating system upgrade.

Fiona

New Boiler and Heating Controls

Fiona is a 30-year-old professional who has bought a house (D1 energy rating) and is interested in modernising it. She is tech savvy and wants to be able to control her central heating remotely. She also wants to split her home into heating zones to reduce her gas bills.
Following a consultation Fiona had a new 18KW boiler with two zone heating controls installed.
